Been working in the white dollar world for over 10 years. Outside of someone wearing crazy Christmas socks, never noticed or cared what people are wearing.

I have big calves and size 12 shoes. I have a hard time with socks falling down my calf. After many, many brands, I use only Ralph Lauren.

Darn tough socks. They got some with solid colors and they better than anything else. Most on here can't afford them but they got a lifetime warranty and aren't scared about replacing them.

Also, merino wool >>>>>>>> pubic hair >>>> cotton

Purchased 8 pairs two years ago and all still look brand new. Wear everyday for work and mostly on my feet all day.

Yes, merino wool is awesome. Feet no longer sweat, no more funky foot odor and they add sweet cushiony comfort.

This is easy-

Gold Toe

Buy about 10 pairs of the same pattern.

Dispose as they age.

Replenish as necessary.

As Forrest said, “It’s just one less thing.”

I love their athletic socks, but the dress ones I have are really thin.

Yeah I got several pair and just about got a complete set to my liking, but just need more summer socks to finish it off. I first found Darn Tough when looking for a good sock for the extreme cold, which they have and I got. Ever since then, I've been hooked. I usually pass some out for Xmas as well.

I recently bought a pair of REI merino wool socks to see how they compare and while they are comfortable and soft, the wool has already started to pill up after the first wash on them, whereas the DT has never done that, even 5+ years later. I'm assuming these REI socks will only last another year or two at most, but it just shows how much better Darn Tough is. They really are the most comfortable sock out there that I've found.
