Dreams. Who else can remember them every night?

This may read like a cry for help. It’s not… just curious if anyone else is like me.

As long as I can remember; I’ve remembered all my dreams. Every damned day of my life, I wake up and recollect my dreams .

I’ve met a couple people over the years who are the same, but overall it’s rare.

It’s a burden finding people who actually want to hear your nightly dreams.

I also have lucid dreams.
I’ve had night paralysis.
wet dreams are a monthly occurrence.
( despite my wife and I having sex at least 6 days a week. Maybe averaging more)

Man wtf is wrong with me? Do I produce too much endogenous DMT?

Can anyone else relate?

I sometimes remember them for a minute or two. Like I'm taking a leak and think to myself "that was weird". 5 minutes later I remember nothing

I remember all of mine, can still recall many from childhood. Sometimes I return to a scene or location from a previous dream. I can also wake up instantly when I need to shut one down. I think I just summoned the old hag on myself...

Lol
Married my highschool sweet heart.

Been together since we were 15. Both are 37.
Our sexlife hit overdrive about 3 years ago.

I can explain the increase in sex further, but the thread is supposed to be about my retarded brain remembering dreams every night.

Nope. Sometimes I forgot right in the middle of thinking of it. It's just gone instantly

I remember all of my dreams, and almost all of my dreams are nightmares.

One of these nights I'm going to find the classroom for that course I'm signed up for that I've never gone to. And I'm going to be wearing pants.

thunder only happens when it's raining in my dreams

Players only love me when their playing.

Women

They will come and they will go

When the rain washes me clean, i'll know

I will know

Recurring dreams…

*Beating the hell out of someone. Hitting them with all I have, and they never sustain damage or show pain.

* senior in college. Get down to finals and realize that I’ve never been to one of my classes all semester. Can’t even find the classroom. It’s the class I have to pass to graduate.

* my wife dies something egregious like cheating. I confront her yelling and screaming, and she is just apathetic. No response. Like Bruce Willis in 6th sense. I’m a ghost

*( I’m a lifelong hunter). Me hunting and whenever I shoot at a big buck, my trigger on my gun is rubber. The bullet just rolls out the end of my barrel and falls to the ground. Or the bullet just slowly arks and hits the deer and bounces off the deer. Or while bow hunting, my string starts unraveling while I’m drawn back, or my release is slippery.

Mine are almost always anxiety dreams, and they are always long and elaborate. For once I'd love to dream about sitting on an island (no tidal waves in sight) or flying through the clouds (and not crashing). I have recurring nightmares that correspond with stress levels low to high ---> alligator attacks, tornadoes, plane crashes, and the all-time high-stress dreams include REM sleep behavior disorder stuff. I also get the classic teeth falling out dreams, showing up to class for the first time on final exam day, etc. Now, having kids, my nightmares involve them. It's always a really fun time!

I’ll have to look into this.
Admittedly, I never have.

I don’t buy into dreams having any significance at all, just because of the randomness of it.

Still interesting.
