They want an MBA and 12 years experience for that job? Better pay 150+ cause there is zero upward mobility in that position for a company that has already peaked

If I had twelve years experience after graduaing from a "nationally recognized" Mba program I would hope I could make more than 150k.

I would love to see their financials to see how they are doing. I see their sales revenue is around 46 mill but I don't see their full income statement or financials anywhere. I need to see if it's worth applying to for the free hats and coolers. I don't want to work at a company that will tarnish my resume.
