It was going in that vacant spot next to Sullivan's a while back. Guess they changed their minds.

This is because the owners of the complex want to run off all their remaining tenants in order to bulldoze the entire complex and redevelope it.

I feel the same about Fleming’s, it was just ok. The quality of Fleming’s isn’t what it once was.

I haven't been since about a year or two after it opened but I've heard that from others as well.

Just because it sucks during rush hour traffic doesn’t mean it’s a shitty location. Every restaurant on constitution is slammed during peak times. Factor in the 4 hotels all within walking distance and they will do fine. If Drago’s fails it certainly won’t be because of the location

I agree. It's not hard to get to at 7pm. It just sucks during rush hour.

I’ve never been impressed with Fleming’s. Food was avg at best. I hear the happy hour is great but I can’t say I’ve been for that. Unless I have a gift card or someone makes plans there, I have no interest in going back.

Ruth Chris does a great lunch special during the week as well, I used to take customers there all the time

You can do the same when you go eat at Dragos in Fat City.
Seems to be working out well for that location.
