Well, I think I mentioned this, but her mother is seeking out for help because she can't control her daughter, yet it appears the daugher is being provided with whatever she wants (nails.. someone has to pay for getting her hair done and whatever else she has). Part of the problem is probably the mother has given her everything she has wanted, at any cost, no matter what, but as she gets older she probably can't have her way as much.. so when that happens she does whatever to get what she wants.. Because she feels entitled to have whatever she wants.

She probably lives in a middle class neighborhood, mostly white people.. Goes to a public school where she learned to talk like she is "from the streets". Black people probably laugh at her because she thinks she is "down", but in reality she doesn't have a clue about living in project housing, having to share a room with one or two.. maybe more.. people. Who either has a mother who doesn't give a shite or a mother who is working multiple jobs so she would either have to take care of her siblings or be a sibling being taken care of by an older sibling. Only having limited food in the house and don't have the luxury to go grab a snack in the kitchen anytime she wants... She has no clue about that type of life..

Her dad is probably either some meth head loser who would probably be more of a problem if he was involved in her life.. than he not being involved.. Or a somewhat decent guy who has no communication with her for whatever reason (the mother might be crazy enough that she didn't want the daddy involved in her life for some stupid reason).

Anyway, whether you see it upfront or you have to dig deep down to see. Everyone is a reflection of how they were raised.
