A definitive motive has not been released in the Conditt case,
I don't like cases like this, i.e. the Vegas shooting, that don't have any follow-up. Something is amiss with that kind of secrecy.
And no, I'm not a conspiracy theorist. Just reminding that we, the public, are the boss, and deserve to know, whatever it is.

The bomber was tipped off the cops were coming because dispatch called for an ambulance to set up away from the apartment in case there was an incident.
Well, miscommunication occurred and the paramedics went right up to the damn door and knocked. The roommate answered and the paramedics were like "anybody need help here?" Everyone was confused and the paramedics left. The roommate told the bomber about the weird paramedics at the door and that's what set off the chase.
