On a similar note, why do golfers hang a foot out the golf cart?

Now as far as letting your leg really hang out and all the time, its a bit flashy for me. Ive even seen guys that have a pedal installed on the door hinge

I will rest my leg on the hinge while on the highway from time to time but mine is a 6 speed so it's usually busy operating the clutch. I can float a few of the gears but the shrieking sound of grinding every so often keeps me in check.

It doesn't bother me, but it just seems dangerous and uncomfortable.

Comfortable while driving them and airs out the balls/cools off the leg.

And its not really dangerous

Because it's about cooling the undercarriage off, they don't have man parts sticking to their leg while driving.

I never really hung my leg out unless I was on the interstate or a highway. Let that breeze get up in there when I could, but I drove a stick so my left leg was being used. And I wouldn't hang it out really, just put my foot on the tub opening itself.

Yeah we get it, the doors are in your garage. Does dangling your left leg in the air make the chicks wet?

I drive with my leg hanging out when I don't have my doors on. It does feel good on hot days.

This can't bode well for Jeep as a brand.

Pretty sure sales are up, and that can't be bad for a brand.

Have you checked out how well they hold value?

Some people will find a way to criticize anything. I love to frick with those kind, because they usually can't take criticism at all and respond very childishly.
