If they figure out a way to make people actually follow what’s in place, I have no problem doing the same. Until then, I’ll continue following the assumed ways of the road and what 90% of drivers currently do.

If I'm in the right lane running 5mph over the speed limit and passing someone and you move over to the right lane to pass me to try and cut in front of me with little to no room to do so, I will absolutely speed up to keep you from endangering us both by doing something stupid. That is not a problem with me, that is a problem with you.
If the left lane driver speeds up when there is plenty of room, fine he is a dick.
If I'm running 5 over and you are running 15 over, I am in no way beholden to you to do anything for you. 90 in a 75 is asinine and you can simply expect trouble.
The older I get, the more attractive 5 under in the right lane, and never needing to move or pass becomes. Anything more than 5 under, you should. be taking backroads.
