Are you in the right thread?

Nice strawman. I havent once implied for us not to surmise what happpened. But you are replying directly to a relative, which is different than mere discussion.
How is a completely factual statement a strawman?
What makes replying to the family member different? The discussion was ongoing before they posted and just because they post doesn't mean the discussion has to abruptly stop at their convenience. Why are you speaking for them anyways?
If they had a problem they could have said so themselves. Who are you to be offended for them?

Investigators said Mark Stokes got a room key to Amanda's room and in the early morning hours he entered it.
"He got that from one of the clerk's at the motel," Chief Whitman, with the Panama City Beach Police Department, said.
He said the room was under Amanda's name.
Police said Mark Stokes fatally shot Krause, Amanda, and then killed himself.

I sort of agree with you so I guess I’m an a-hole too
Seems like this conversation happens all the time in threads like this.. I don’t know which side is right or which side is wrong to be honest.. I sort of side with the group that thinks that ‘anything goes’ in these threads because it’s the internet, yet I can sympathize with the family members who come across the discussions (and even sometimes interject themselves into it, which is weird especially so soon)
I dno, frick it

damn, the desk clerk...gave him the key..his name wasn't even on the room..how shitty

Pretty sure he could have just said ‘hey, that’s my wife’
The clerk doesn’t know their backstory, so I’m sure he wouldn’t have a problem getting a key

True, but the front desk staff person shouldn't be up for Hilton Employee of the Year. Granted, he could shot them anytime he chose out of the room, but still bad to give him a key card
For exact situations like this, the clerk shouldn't make new key cards for anyone not listed on the room/show ID

Completely contradicts what the first poster, hernandez, who knew the woman said... just goes to show you that you can NEVER believe word of mouth in these types of situations

I just need to respond because a lot of you are making so many assumptions on this family and have no idea what you’re speaking about. She was not with the third victim so please stop spreading this.

Mark didn’t find them together. There wasn’t a love triangle.

the room was marks room. Not Amanda’s...
Literally none of this stuff Hernandez said was true

Usually very strict on this. At least they should be

And I got a whole bunch of downvotes for questioning our poor, distraught, first time poster...

Do you know Beau Cantrelle? What you posted is almost word for word what this guy commented on FB.
