I was hoping he got shocked through his dick. Years ago I took my dog out to go piss in the cold. He sniffed around and was like "frick this shite" so he just pissed on the Christmas tree light decorations in the front yard right by the door. I watched and thought "wouldn't it be awesome if he gets shocked?" and no sooner than that thought crossed my mind, he yelped really loud and ran away from the tree he was pissing on. I'm pretty sure he got shocked through his dog dick.

I don't know about China, but in Venezuela, you could be punished up to and exceeding being forced to eat rats to survive for a period of time.
