Great post! This is a perfect example of what makes America so different than other countries. She and her husband are able to make an app like this and not see any jail time. Free speech protects you from jail but doesn’t protect your job!

An irrelevant question for the 1A discussion.

The 1A is irrelevant to this situation. Next question.

I genuinely enjoyed this one

As long as no one’s prosecuted for it - I get it that free speech doesn’t protect employment.

I love how people think they’re just entitled to employment.

Detaining and deporting is what ICE does to subvert (as in avoid) the US Justice System. Whether you agree with what ICE is doing or not, letting people know where they are annoys ICE; it doesn't affect the US Justice System.

Do you mean the district court judges who are inserting themselves into immigration law that is supposed to be handled by specific immigration courts?

I get how Dem appointed district court judges are subverting immigration law and the constitutional powers of both the executive and legislative branches, but How does ICE following the law subvert the US Justice System?

You do realize that due process is not one size fits all laws, citizens, and illegals??

It’s amazing how illegals ignore the immigration courts like they are above them, but have leftists helping them in district courts with an amazing record of getting judges appointed by Dems. All your little cases with your favorite criminals and Hamas supporters are still on going and will eventually be ruled on by someone other than activist Judges with TDS.

This is what’s it’s about for Dems. It’s about power not kindness or fairness with Dems.

The video, from a 2021 House Foreign Affairs Committee briefing, shows long-time Democrat Clarke suggesting that the local Haitian community in Brooklyn could "absorb a significant number of these migrants."

"When I hear my colleagues talk about, you know, the doors of the inn being closed, no room in the inn, I’m saying, you know, I need more people in my district, just for redistricting purposes and those members could clearly fit here," said Clarke.

In response, Kyle Becker, an author and political commentator, commented on X, "House Rep. Yvette Clarke just said the quiet part out-loud. Democrats are as anti-American as it gets."
