She’s been to a neurologist. That’s where we got brain tumor info.

standard poodle that began having seizures at age 13
While unlikely I thought I would ask if you have changed topical flea/tick meds or started using them? We had a Ridgeback some years ago that we finally realized that the seizures he has maybe 3-4 times a year coincided with the application of a topical flea med, stopped using them and he never had another seizure. The vet had never heard of it but anecdotal evidence was all over the internet. None of our other dogs ever had this reaction before or since.
Unlikely but thought I would throw it out there.

I haven't been through that exact experience, but had to put a dog down. It's hard. They are family members.

Our 11 year old lab mix has a large liver mass. Nothing can be done. We are just enjoying him as long as we can.
When his quality of life starts to get worse then we will have to make the decision to put him down. Right now he's still eating and acting his usual self. From people I've talked to that went through similar...they said they just knew when it was time.
Sorry about your dog. It sucks they don't live longer lives.

Feed it to a pitbull so they aren't hangry and eat a child's face.

Yes, my wife had a poodle shitzu mix. Very healthy dog. He was about 13 and one day just started having seizures. Took him to the vet the same day. Ended up putting him down that very day. Just out of the blue no warning. Just doing fine then wake up and dying.

Put the dog down if that continues. You'll be happy you did the moment you leave the vet. It sucks and its hard to lose your buddy, but the lead up is much worse than seeing your dog at peace once you go through with it.

She’s on 1500 mg of Kepra 3 times a day. She seems fine, just old when she’s not having a seizure. They were pretty rare until late last week. Had one a day three days in a row. Just wondering how I’ll know it’s time. I realize meds are only treating symptoms. Want to be as good to her as possible! Thanks for your response.
I know not a great story, but such was life. She would be out of it for like a day or two after the seizures and the meds really knocked her out.
Best advice I got was figure out the 3 things that they really live for. The stuff that 20 years from now you’d talk about if telling someone about the pup. When they lose 2 it’s probably time and spend the last day or two getting them as much of the last as you can. In our case the dog park was out the window immediately. When she didn’t even budge when we got home one day we knew it was it. She was the type that would stand at the door about 15 mins before normal scheduled arrivals and basically press her face against it listening for cars.
Took her to a quiet park and fed her a stupid amount of snacks for a couple hours before taking her in.
