I've seen another Facebook post circulating about a stolen dog, but this one is from NOLA. It's so sad that people will just up and steal another person's dog.

They’re not a GPS. It’s like a permanent tag on your dog so he or she is identifiable, as I understood it when my dog got his.

I can’t imagine if I saw my dog stolen from me. I’m pissed off for this guy. But you’d have a tough time finding that dog again, it’s somewhere deep in NBR by now. I feel for this dude and this poor dog that’s probably scared out of its mind
