If everyone's dog was as well behaved as my two, i wouldn't have that big of a problem with it. But even the best behaved dog will piss or shite in places you don't want it to, b/c it's still an animal.

WTF

No they won't

My dog hasn't pissed or shite anywhere but a grassy area since it was crate trained and younger than 4 months old.

You are so out of touch with reality its hilarious

Maybe that's the only way you can get a dog to like you. Most human beings are capable of relationships with animals based on love, friendship, and respect. I imagine you have to feed people to get them to like you too.

Like i mentioned last time this stupid topic was covered, how would you like it if i brought my pet raccoon to a restaurant, or a cage of parakeets?

I've been in a restaurant where someone had brought their rabbit.

Zero fricks given on my part.

I just don't get why people want to bring their dog everywhere, and this is coming from someone that loves the two dogs i've had for the last 8 years.

Just seems inconsiderate to me.

How is a dog at a dog friendly restaurant on the outside patio inconsiderate to anyone? What is wrong with you?

Just b/c your dog, and my dog, piss and shite in proper places, doesn't mean all dogs do.
I think you're the one out of touch with reality.

Everytime i go to petsmart the median in the parking lot is full of shite, even though there's a garbage can with bags their for the owner to pick the shite up, yet they don't. There are more bad dog owners than good ones.

I wish my beagle would have been with me. Would have been fun to see the reaction.

I can honestly say I've never seen a dog pee or shite on a patio while out with my dog. I'm sure it happens, but not that often, in my experience.

He just soo wants to be upset over this.

We had our dogs with us inside wineries in Anderson Valley, CA(dog friendly ones that we knew in advance allowed dogs in the tasting rooms). Not once they did pee/poop inside. They lay there, let people pet them, and drank from a bowl of water while we did the wine tasting. Same when we ate anywhere on a dog friendly patio.

Pretty easy thing to take your dogs to a grassy area BEFORE you walk into the patio area so to make sure they don't need to potty. Train your dogs right and they will know the command that you want them to try and go to the bathroom.

I can't remember the last time I was at a dog friendly restaurant and saw a dog take a shite.

And the fact you are still bitching ABOUT PETS BEING ALLOWED AT PETSMART shows your opinion on the matter is not grounded in logic.

"Go potty" and my dog immediately finds the nearest grass and forces out whatever he can. Not hard to train dogs.

I seriously can't remember the last time I saw a dog use the bathroom in an inappropriate place at a dog friendly restaurant or bar.

And TeddyPaddilac, by his own admission, doesn't go to those places so he clearly can't comment on the behavior he's witnessed.

I have heard of dogs shitting on the sidewalk in front of La Petite Grocery, but I am not sure if the owner was dining there at the time.

So far in this thread Teddy has compared dogs to raccoons and parakeets, and complained about pets being allowed at PETSMART.

And by his own admission he doesn't go to dog friendly places to witness this behavior himself, but thinks dogs piss and shite all over the patios at these places.

I don't know. that's just me i guess. I don't like my own dogs being around me when i eat, so i would assume others don't want my dogs around them when they are eating. I would consider it inconsiderate to bring my own dog to a place people are sitting down at a table eating.

Bringing an animal that rolls around in its own shite, licks its private parts, and will generally shite anywhere into an eating establishment is trashy AF.

That said, the Bulldog and Brickyard South are both places where you can bring your filth bag pet and still receive service.

Even though they chose to sit outside on a dog friendly patio?

They probably WANT to see dogs. I know I do when I go to places like that.

You don't like your dogs to be around you when you eat? Do you lock them in another room? Are you a germaphobe?

I understand if you have company over or something, but just you? They can't lay down on the ground in the same room?

Ok, so you don't own dogs and/or know anything about them.
