Just tuned in, from what little I've seen so far he seems like a decent dude -aside from obviously needing the attention that comes from being on The Bachelor. Both of these women are very attractive.

He might be the worst actor in the history of the show. I can see the producer in his mind telling him exactly how to handle it and then not executing it properly

People do these shows to get into the entertainment industry. Not to find love. Most of these guys tried out for other reality shows, Big Brother etc. and wound up on the bachelor.

Madison is surrounded by dudes at Auburn. Her dad is on Pearl's staff. She is a 10. Why does she need some C list celebrity (because he was on last season) to fall in love? Every SINGLE guy in that college town would love to be on a date with her.
And of course she's promoting a career in something else. She already knew that Petey was going to bone when the show began.
She is 23 and obviously working a very minimal-paying career this far. Something tells me she will be doing television for the rest of her life whether it is the Bachelorette or Joel Osteen programming.
