Does Spotify have a customer phone number that is hidden but listed?

Searched their web site. Nothing.
Searched Google. Not able to locate anything.
My issue. Changing payment method from one credit card to another (American Express, because of benefits and perks with this card).
My card is valid. I am no where near my limit. My card is used elsewhere online (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and I have no issues with it.
Spotify is said to accept AMEX. My premium membership shortly and I would prefer to keep the commercials away.
I would prefer to use another service, but my wife and kids are committed to them, so I am outnumbered.

You can go to settings on the Spotify app and change your method of payment.
My card on file had expired and I had to update my card a few weeks ago .

Send me your card info and I’ll get it set up for you.
How far from your limit are you again?

I've done that. And I've also logged in online using my laptop.
My payment is not accepted. I've called my bank and they're not even seeing it being "rejected" from Spotify's end.
So much for a seamless process.

Considering this is the OT, my limit starts with a 4 and ends with three zeros.

Payment rejected lawl, you're being so judged right now
Real talk though, spotify is 180 per year? It's that worth it to you for credit card reward points on one card versus another to deal with?

I had a similar problem with them and was able to fix it on the desktop application. On iOS I could never figure out how to change my card. Weird

The hidden number is listed; however, that list happens to be hidden as well.

There are a few DJ apps I like to play around on and the apps only allow you to access the iTunes songs that are purchased.
Since I pay $10 a month to have access to all the iTunes music, iTunes doesn't allow you to access the monthly plan through other apps.
Spotify allows you to access their music through the DJ apps so I signed up several months ago. I planned to cancel my iTunes monthly service, but I just prefer the format of iTunes. I don't play around with the DJ apps enough to keep Spotify instead of iTunes so a few weeks ago I decided to cancel.
I couldn't figure out how to cancel my account. I googled it as well and couldn't find anything. At the time I had to stop to do something else and never went back to trying to cancel it, but yeah.. frick Spotify CS.

You should be able to do this online on your account. I would be pretty surprised if not.

If you’re trying to scrounge for $15 of credit card perks per month, you may want to reevaluate your life.

I ended up reaching Spotify's customer service by chat. They told me the issue with my bank's credit card (USAA AMEX).
I called USAA. They told me that the addresses that I have listed aren't matching up. I checked my address with Spotify. It's the same as with my USAA AMEX. Once I confirmed that with my bank, my bank offered no other solution other than it should work.
It didn't. So, I ended up setting an automatic payment with Spotify through PayPal. It worked. And the same address. The entire time.
So there is a glitch. Somewhere. But neither my bank or Spotify could figure it out.

I use one credit card for all of my online purchases (cash back, extended warranty and price protection). I throw all of my reoccurring payments on that card as well (cell phone, internet, etc.) so it adds up.
It's free money. Why wouldn't I take advantage of it and put as much as I can towards it?

Now tell me, does the time spent on this thread and troubleshooting you’ve been doing equal the .15 cents a month extra in points you’ll be racking up? Is your time that worthless? I mean in ten years, assuming you use Spotify for that long, you’ll have amassed a whopping $18
