Oklahoma is 3.2%

Florida didn't have that law, at least not this time last year.

Oklahoma is another one. They sell three-two (3.2%) because they can't sell cold beverages with a higher alcohol content than that.

FL used to have 3.2 beer in gas stations and I think the non liquor store part of grocery stores. And contrary to what someone said above most mainstream domestic beers do not put abv on the label/can.

Don't think florida has ever had a 3.2% cap, although we do have a 153 proof cap

Had to live there for three months and this shite drove me crazy. Eventually you just go the liquor store and buy real beer but it's hot. OKC sucks

maybe it was a county thing. i just remember verifying this through various people i then considered credible, but they were probably drunk on 100 3.2 beers.
