It’s been tested all over YouTube. And the consensus seems to be that yes, it does pretty much do what it says it does if you use it properly.

First off, yes, the Flex products will do everything that they claim.
The shady part of if is that these are nothing more than existing products that have been relabeled and sold for much higher prices. Basically, the spray is just automotive undercoating and the tape is a form of coating that is used to protect buried steel pipe.
You can find either product far cheaper than what is on the infomercial.

Hell yes! One my renters called about a leak in the roof (old a frame house). Went patch it with Flex Tape in a driving rain. Stopped the leak. Later that month used flex seal to cover the tape......no leak!!!
