People are assuming that she is calling out people like Gary Chambers and C. Denise Marcelle for their "kill whitey" rhetoric. I'm not so sure. She could be just as easily be referring to those who oppose her own agenda.

How much of NOLA gentrification can Mitch take credit for?

If you live in either of those cities, it damn well might.

She's not calling out Gary and Denise. She truly thinks those two are out to unite the community. She's calling out people that don't agree with her.

nothing attributable to Mitch, but despite the rampant violence New Orleans looks better than it ever has and in many areas development and business is growing in places that have been practically abandoned for a good long while. it may wind up being fools gold but for now the city is considered in a positive economic light. in my business (commercial construction) it is infinitely easier to get shite done in New Orleans than in Baton Rouge
both places have serious possibly fatal deficiencies and problems but at least for for what do, city government in Nola is far better run

Exactly what she is doing

Kip was better than both. Kip needs to move to Nola and run there.

This question is a bit like asking what you'd prefer: to be shite upon or pissed on.

I'm hoping that Kip will run again after Broome's first term is up.

This question is similar to having a loser bowl in pee wee football for the worst two teams in the area to play each other.

I don't know this is going to be a close race to the Top between these two.

Talk about a race to the bottom.
Sorry, let me be clear since I know Gravy is watching. When I say "race," I mean the action of two or more parties competing in a timed event. I'd hate to be labeled a racist.
