yes.

my personal one is driving on ice. getting anywhere from my house entails one or two hills up to altitude where icy roads are common. last Friday I was driving in a shaded valley with WARNING ICE signs and saw two identical wrecks that were along side the road after recent incidents. Just getting out of my development often entrails driving on ice down a hill. about 10 days ago, someone was picking their nose at the bottom of the hill and I could see ice the 30 feet in front of them.
Eventually they got onto the main road just before I got down the hill.
When I tried to pull onto the main road, I fishtailed on the ice, wondering if I would make it to my lane before the oncoming car took me out.

so... ice

blowout

Please explain what this is like. I need new rear tires on a rear wheel drive and I go down I-75 every morning for 12 miles. I am doing 79 while people are blowing by me at 90+. I just picture a tire blowing out and me dying.

I've had a couple rear blowouts. One was more like a flat and I was able to calmly pull over. Another was most likely from debris and I almost shite myself but was able to steer enough to get to safety.

Eh mine was awhile back but I remember a sudden pull of my car, eventually the tire came off all the way as I was trying to slow down. Lucky I was in the left hand side anyway and was able to get it into the grass and a tree stopped me moving. I was doing 75-80 at the time.

rear tire blowouts aren't nearly as hard to control. a front tire blowout at interstate speeds can be impossible to control.

Driving over bridges
Driving alongside cliff roads with no guard railings in the mountains
Driving when it's raining really hard
Driving during snowstorm
Driving alongside 18 wheelers
Those concrete barrier things during road construction that give NO SHOULDER so you are made to feel like you are merely inches from crashing into them
Driving at night and seeing a bunch of deer alongside the highway

Other people who are clearly more interested in their phone than driving their car around me.

Log trucks. I've always hated being behind them and crossing them on the highway. A couple months ago, the driver of a log truck was flying around a curve and the logs on the top of the trailer shifted causing the trailer to lean as we were crossing each other. It scared the shite out of me.

A deer jumping in the road and being hit by me. I see them dead on the side of the road frequently.

Other drivers more than anything. I can adjust my driving to natural conditions, but I can't always predict what others are going to do.

I had a terrifying slide on I-90 in South Dakota a few days ago going 60MPH. I thought that was it for me. Saw two different 18 wheelers overturned and off the roadway that had obviously been sitting for a little while, and were not being attended to. I've driven through some shite, but this was next level
