Can I submit a question, such as why the broken bridge guard rail on College Drive (over Ward's Creek) has not been repaired in over 2 years?

That is one of the few things the BR government does exceptionally well. They respond to requests almost immediately.

yeah, but I feel like they sit around and do nothing until something is reported.

yes, you can. the app works pretty great--you can click on it while you are at the location and it will geolocate you. you just type an description of what the issue is and can even include photos (which I've found ends up expediting the fix even more).

Just used this app for the first time last week, and have to say...it's pretty awesome.
I submitted my request to fix a pothole in my neighborhood on 3/24, it was Fixed by 3/29.

It is really a great app
There was a huge storage container on N Oak Hills directly next to the sidewalk that had been there for years. Huge eyesore.
Reported it and poof it disappeared
