"Garcia did my roof" when house was originally built. Same issues with leaks that were blamed on the flashing. Roof has since been entirely re-done by another company.

Have a nice mattress topper to donate, barely used. Hear a lot of charities won't take mattresses or related items due to bedbug concerns. Anyone know if there is a BR charity that will accept?

this has been going on for over a month. supply chain improving and should be back to normal by end of June IMO

yes, you can. the app works pretty great--you can click on it while you are at the location and it will geolocate you. you just type an description of what the issue is and can even include photos (which I've found ends up expediting the fix even more).
