The tally in this thread seems similar to other threads I see you post in, just assume this is a representative sample and extrapolate based on the # of posts you had.

I don't know about tracking specific votes/voters but there should be a way to downvote certain posts/posters into "Ban-Land" after a post gets a certain amount of them.
