they did the same for katrina in new orleans, many fox evening shows did stories on how crooked they are.

they raised well over 19 million for katrina, but only spent 1 million of that money and said they spent 10 million for "logistics" and administrative costs, then the other 9 million was made to completely vanish with no accounting for it at all.

bill o'reilley tried to track it down but eventually ran into a brick wall and couldnt do anything more since you cannot force them to open their accounting and they arent open to freedom of information requests being a private organization

bill o said near as he could account for, only 9 cents of every dollar raised goes to help people and 50 cents of every dollar goes straight into the pockets of those running the red cross and the last 49 cents nobody knows where that goes but it isnt going to any sort of relief or charity work anywhere

In Baton Rouge the good local people had went to some of the shelter locations and were doing a damn good job of helping people and cooking good meals. When Red Cross showed up, they made them stop serving meals and trashed a bunch of donated food. Thy also wouldn’t wouldn’t accept donated food. A bunch of good ole boys were told they couldn’t show up and cook jambalaya and pastalaya and such.

Of course the food that ultimately ended up being served was tiny portions and crap food

You guys can donate to Louisiana Baptist Disaster Relief. Most of the meals provided during hurricanes and other disasters is provided by Southern Baptists.
