It's actually legal federally.
2018 Farm bill legalized THC gummies/drinks/etc made from hemp, but not mj.
Now if you said it's stupid that THC from hemp is legal while THC from mj is not, I wholeheartedly agree with you.
Most people have no idea this is the reality we live in at the moment.

probably silly, but ive been avoiding the farm bill weed products. the k2/spice/fweed era of the late 00's early 10's is still fresh in my mind.

Lolz so what’s the difference? Concentration is lower in hemp?
Nothing matters anyway until employers change their policies to align closer to alcohol. I can get shitfaced at home over the weekend but if I drink a THC seltzer and get piss tested on Monday I’m out of a job.

Screw that. The 6 mg per can are potent enough for me. 2 gets me just right... almost too right. I think 50mg would make me think I'm meeting god. I think they're even more potent than edibles.
The 10mg would be perfect for a single can, but I have not seen this one anywhere personally. Just the 5, 6, and 50.

None, there is no difference. Its akin to drinking wine vs rum, one comes from sugar cane/molasses, the other from grapes, but come from different sources and both have alcohol. Now imagine the govt said rum is illegal but wine is fine
. Employers have been slow on the draw to update policies because its impossible to tell the difference between hemp vs mj derived thc via drug test.

I haven't either. My wife asked for it at Martin Wine Cellar and they didn't know what it was and were surprised it existed. I'm guessing it's just being introduced or something.

We buy them straight from Crescent and they ship them. Just got the 10mg. I don’t mess with the 50mg because it’s an insane amount of sugar and calories. I’m guessing to mask the flavor.

It's 24g of sugar / 100 calories per can. Compare that to a Coke at 39g sugar / 140 calories per can.
Yes, the label says 12 servings per can / 1oz per serving, but below that, for the calories/sugar, it says "Amount per can" -- don't multiply it by 12.

The crazy thing is that in the current state of things gummies are legal, flower is a misdemeanor, and vape pens are a felony. Even funnier is that recreational is completely legal in D.C. and you can also buy mushrooms. All in the shadows of the capitol where the ridiculous laws are upheld.
