Joey owned Wall Street , The Buzz and he used to own Jordan's back in the day. He tried a few years ago to run another restaurant(Iron Horse) but it closed down.
He also used to be my baseball coach when I played for Athletic Shop (S&S Sports) Got in some trouble as a bookie. Had a badass set up in some apartments with a bunch of phone lines

Well, Johnny got busted with a kilo of coke and a MAC-10 at one of the hotels at Williams and Vets. This was during the Miami Vice days. I think he got sentenced to 22 months at Club Fed in the FL panhandle. Eglin AFB, perhaps?
I saw him at a SLU baseball game about 10 months later. I told him, "Man, that 22 months went by quick!" He said he was on "compassionate leave" because his father was sick (or maybe had died). I just know Mr Schillace wasn't at the ball game.

It was about 40 years ago. A man has a right to rehabilitate himself.

Good point, Johnny.
I'm glad to see that you turned things around.

You’re the one crying that I pointed out that you’re a leftist pussy who hangs out at a mostly leftist pussy bar. Sorry not sorry that hurts your feels. I didn’t think it was that big of a deal but here you are, crying some more

Well yall have thrown out all those Hammond names.
Gotta say Sal Durante is a good guy. I used to live a couple doors down from him at St Tropez apt. (Pete P. was the owner of our apt.
)
Back story on Sal.
His dad caught the Roger Maris’s record-breaking 61st home run in one hand at Yankee Stadium during the final game of the 1961 regular season.

He’s depicted in the movie also. “61”
Johnny owned a couple car washes also that he got out of a few years back when private equity was buying up everything.
