Probably some of that dead weight is posting on these forums now instead of working.

I'm trying to figure out why docusign needs 7300 people working for them. I mean the program is written. I would think 100 people tops doing server and admin work would be plenty for a virtual signature. What else is there to do since the app does the work?

That does some egregious. Pay Pal had 10,000. What the hell do they need 10,000 people for? Its somewhat incredible the size of these workforces I don't know what the hell they do?

We looked at docusign for our website, bit felt the prices were high, so we created our own document signature app with acrobat.

I cannot imagine being inside your brain. Musk found that half of twitter employees were just there to create false narratives, limit views of anyone giving alternative thoughts, manually remove trending topics that were not selected, and run fake account to boost fake narratives. When you let adults have their own discussions and free speech, you’ll find that big brother oversight is not needed.

I’m not sure where the quoted portion of your post came from, but to address the rest:

I’m not saying that Musk didn’t do the right thing. What I’m saying is that this board has sung his praises on the cuts and have said that tech in general is horribly bloated.

Now that tech is cutting some fat, the sky is falling. You can’t have it both ways. Pick one.
