Smoke more weed baw. You need to uptake your daily dosage as it is good for seizures.

This is how I discovered I have a brain tumor. I never had a history of seizures, but had one out of the blue. I had several more afterward, but was extremely lucky that I have never had one directly putting someone else's life at risk. I am still dealing with the cancer, but after trying a few different meds have been able to keep the seizures under control using Keppra. I can now drive and function relatively normal neurologically.
The bottom line is to take this situation seriously and seek proper diagnosis and treatment.

You obviously are concerned and want answers. Why wouldn’t you allow a medical professional to answer these questions and address your concerns instead of the Internet?

I’ve had two close friends that have what you had. One is fine and was likely dehydrated. The other has an inoperable brain tumor at 42. Go to the doctor and get it checked.

Please don’t ignore a seizure.
You need to see a doctor. You might have to see your PCP first to get a neurologist consult depending on your insurance.

Your Fourth Amendment protections against illegal seizure are superceded by the general public’s right to have you not posing a safety risk to them in general as you now know that you are subject to being out of physical control of your body.
tl/dr: See a Dr., at the least you’re now a known public safety hazard

Definitely go get checked out -blood work, cardiac testing, etc to rule out epilepsy or arterial disease.

Live in ignorance and live each day to its fullest.

I have a friend in his 40’s who just went through the same. Out of no where in a year span he had like 5 seizures. Finally found out it was from brain trauma from a car accident that happened when he was like 12.
Go to the dr.

Girdle your testicles and this will stop. Your testicles hang too low and that applies pressure to an artery, restricting blood flow. LINK to photo of girdle.

Don't go to the doctor... they won't let you drive for 6 months if you have a seizure. If it happens again, go to the doctor.

Is it likely this is a case of simply not eating, being dehydrated, lacking sleep, excess stress, etc
Very unlikely. Seizures are serious business. You need to see a real MD, not the OT.

Get to a doctor ASAP. In the mean time do as little driving as possible.

First off, how do you know that you had a seizure? Because the neurologist will want to be convinced it was a seizure.
Either way, you need to get checked out. Hopefully its just syncope and all you need to do is up your sleep and food intake, but if its something more serious, like seizures, or what others have mentioned, you need to know for sure.

There are benign and not so benign reasons he might’ve had a seizure. For the not so benign, not driving for 6 months is a small price to pay to find out about them. As for driving, you’d prefer OP to put his and other people’s lives in danger?

Your brain bailed on your body for a few seconds and you dont want to see a Dr.

Did you stay at the office and finish your work day? Did you workout that evening? Did you go for your normal run?
If you answered "No" to any or all of these questions, you recognize that this was not a normal event. You know you need to go to a doctor. Now you just need to do it.

Since you prevented the simple test that reveals dehydration you will not know until you do it again.
