Also, that first dude came out of what is presumably a patient room (I infer this because he named the patient. HIPAA violation!), touched the door handle, then immediately took off his mask with his filthy hands, stuck the dirty mask in his pocket, then grabbed his phone and started putting his grubby paws all over it.
