Adding the comma changes the meaning. It now would mean that he hates that he uses proper English and punctuation. He would also now be telling his readers that he considers them to be lazy garbage.

Some punk thought I was a chick he was talking to on "IG" and started texting me over and over a few weeks back... Crap like "TWU" (that's what's up?) and "WBU" (what 'bout you?).
Even after politely asking him if he was sure that he had the right number, he got pissed saying "well you put ur num on IG".
After an hour of back and forth I asked him to send me a picture of such number on "IG" and he stopped.
Loser.... Before and after the shortened words.
