Mine is $15. I pay $20 and throw down $40 for whichever cut is closest to Christmas.

Am I cheap.. 3 haircuts totaled 42 dollars total gave 60 and just asked for the 10 back... So 8 dollars tip between the 3..2kids and 1 adult.. One kid pretty much had a buzz cut. Old school type Barber Shop.. That's about the regular I tip, we go about once a month..

pay 25 on a 15 cut because she's got it figured out. Catch up at first, then let me sit there in silence for the rest of the cut.

I go every two weeks and tip $5 each time.
ETA: My place only has one person that works it and also owns it. I get charged $15 so I give $20 every time.

I have if he's had to make accommodations to squeeze me in at the last minute, but otherwise no. My guy owns the place and already charges a good bit. Been going to him for 15+ years and know he's not going to frick up my hair so I don't mind paying more w/o giving him a tip. Also get good fishing tips and could buy bud from him if I was into that.
If he wasn't the owner then I would definitely tip.

The place I go is cash only and have charged $22 for years. I always had a 20 and a 5. Last time I went they told me they went up to 24. I only had the 25 and sort of felt bad. It's going to be a pain to get $30 and get change back but whatever.
