Who said out of shape?

unless they're a professional football player, they are most likley out of shape at that weight, much like myself at 255. and they were "playing" jui jitsu, not fighting as if their life depended on it.

You have no clue. Whatever. She'd break your arm in under 1 minute.

i think some of you have know clue what it's like to be a lot stronger than other people.

i also think some of you forget the huge difference in strength and athleticism between men and women.
You probably think a WNBA team could beat some mens college teams.
There's a reason men and women don't play together.

You're insane. It's a 135lb female.

You think you could take Gabi Garcia? She's 6'3ish 230ish and a woman.

debatable on being a woman, and very unlikely i could kick its arse, but not impossible. It is more than likely very slow, but most likely stronger than me right now.
I would never say i coudln't win, but the odds are in its favor.

You can say "she." She won't attack through a computer screen.

Pretty sure every guy in here is forgetting what she would probably do in a street fight.

She would kick you in the nuts, probably claw your eyes out, and then beat the shite out of you while you are doubled over in pain and blind.

are you over 200 lbs?

Yes, and I've trained with women her size, and it's very impressive. They were nowhere near Olympic level.

i can promise you, if i let her punch me in the face, then i get to punch her in the face, i will win and most likely break her face. In no way would i ever believe any 135lb woman could hit harder than me. it's physics.
yes
You better be right, cause she'll take one to the top of the head on the way in, hug your body, while you throw short ineffective punches( which she would rather, then you defend the TD).then all you would have is a prayer, because once on top she could even hold down tyrann

You underestimate technique, she has been doing this her whole life. She throws 1000 punches a day. People who don't train, don't throw punches for months or even years. If this was a pure grappling match she would own anybody easily less than 250 who doesn't train how to grapple. She could take you down hold you there and sub you while having a sidebar conversation.
Punching minimizes her best skills though. But you won't get much of a chance.

No. Men's college basketball players are very well trained.

You, in fighting terms, are no where near as trained as a college basketball player. How many hours have they spent on the hardwood? How many hours have you spent training with experts?

Seriously though.

You do realize that if you were to fight Ronda...

She is not going to be looking like this:

She'll be coming for you like this:
