I'm not trying to be a dick. I've just never heard of eyebrow maintenance being desirable, much less necessary, in the lives of most guys. Sure, but never an eyebrow style.
As for myself, I have hypothyroidism so I don't have to worry about eyebrow maintenance.

That's what a barber is for. If your barber doesn't trim your eyebrows right before shaving your neck with the hot lather and straight razor, then you need a new barber.

Um my hair dresser doesn't use a straight razor or hot lather while shaving my neck, but she still trims my brows.
Also, based off of the pics you've posted on here it looks as thought you haven't washed your hair in a few years much less gotten your neck shaved.

Barber shaves the back of my neck with a straight razor and cleans up eye brows with clippers. Other wise I'd look like Jim's Dad on American Pie

I shave my own beard with my own straight razor and fancy shaving soap from France, cause I'm classy ya know. I don't trim my eyebrows though. I guess I don't need it because no one has ever suggested I do so.
