Pretty much this. It works when you're in your early 20's like me and it's a girl you went to school with that's going through a nostalgia phase
They get all emotional with the "I miss high school" crap and you hit them with the "Well we should hang out sometime soon and catch up" and there you go.

I don't wanna get older. I love this age

I purposely deactivate my acct a couple days before my bday so I dont have to write a stupid message acknowledging the fact that someone clicked on their notifications, saw it was my birthday and that was the only reason they said something.
