doesn't matter when you take it, because unless you are a world-class athlete, it doesn't do shite...

It helps with increases in strength and recovery in even the most average of lifters.

Why do you say this? I have average genetics. I stay in very good shape due to hard work, dedication and more than anything diet. I don't take creatine now and have not in a while but every time I have I had measurable increases in strength.

I'd love to try some steroids, but I don't wanna look like some dude from Jersey shore.

I'd wear track suits everywhere so people wouldn't know how huge my #Gainz were.

I don't take creatine because I'm not a douche still in high school.

I have a few guys that take test. Mostly older guys, 40+. Dr prescribed. Very little, .5-1c per week. U can't really tell as far as the "puffiness" goes. And it's little enough to where u aren't gonna look like jay cutler in a few weeks. Of course, your diet plays a major role in "the look" too

And because you are too lazy and lack the dedication to lift and eat a healthy diet.

So many opinionated, unhelpable bros in this thread.

Did anyone bother to read the link I posted that gives summarized recommendations regarding the pros/cons to creatine from scientific studies? While your opinions on creatine will be noted in the TD hall of records, it really does not mean that you know what you are talking about. It does give me the insight that you may have thought of yourself as a douche while in high school? You may have some repressed shite that you have to work through

Is science like bro kryptonite???
