Do you only buy American vehicles? Only foreign vehicles? NGAF either way?

I'm in the market for a new full-size truck and I am getting a GMC Sierra. A coworker asked if I looked at the new Tundras. My face went to the "just smelled cat shite" look. This is the best looking truck on the market.

FIFY

ETA: to answer the thread title, if buying a truck, it would be American made. If buying a car, it would be foreign.

Quality and looking good aren't necessarily the same.

But yes, that is a great looking truck.

I've only bought American cars. Not out of patriotism or anything, it's just how it's worked out.

They're getting a slight refresh for 2016. I'd wait for that before purchasing. Conversely, my neighbor bought a 2015 2wd SLT for $38k (MSRP around $48k) last week. Very nice truck, but I'd wait for the refresh. They add a few more features that are missing compared to Ford and Dodge (LED lighting front and rear, hopefully an intelligent key system).

SLT

Denali

All Terrain (this is what I'd buy)

New taillights are like those on the Yukon. Really digging them.

I'm not really concerned about American or foreign, I'll just buy what looks and feels better for me.

My last two trucks were Fords(F-250s) but I think my next will be the High Country Duramax.

I don't buy vehicles based on looks, but more on reliability and dependability, and quality of build, but I guess that is just me.

That is a good looking truck. I only buy Hondas and Acuras (cars). If I were to buy a truck or SUV I would consider a GMC or Chevy. I would not by a Ford though.

Toyota.

I'd love to branch out but I can't justify it.

Sierras are nice. If your looking for a cheap option the Chevy Colorados are sort of s hidden gem among trucks.

Pretty much everything on the market is reliable and dependable up to 100k miles and I usually don't keep them past that so it's pretty low on things I look for.

Same here. Do your research folks. I won't buy any Chrysler produce, ever.

This goes for their cars as well.

I've only ever bought American made vehicles, but that's just because I don't think Tundra's look that good.

I bought an F-150 Lariat recently and freaking love it.

The only knock I have against Chevy/Gmc is they need to get rid of the grandpa column shifter. Hell even the new colorados/cayons have counsel shifters. Other than that yea there exteriors are really nice.
