I don't think they can hand out those cards anymore. When I was in Vegas about a year ago they were not out there flicking cards, but times before that the sidewalks were covered with those fliers.

When I was 21 and went to vegas for a friends birthday we called some, I can assure you that the pictures on some aren't scams. The service is a scam, they got to our room and demanded $700 each so we told them to get the frick out
