All of these big arse condominiums and new apartment buildings, a grocery store, a ton of restaurants, a decent night life. But I don’t know a single person that lives downtown. The 525 Lafayette condos look legit.

Yeah I know a bunch of people downtown. Fairly expensive, but it's pretty sweet. Everyone I know loves it, especially when you have a badass rooftop pool.

Cool, just seems like it wouldn’t be half-bad.

No, I don't associate with people who would make a terrible decision like that.

I knew of one person who lived in downtown BR. She hated it and was often harassed by the homeless guys

I've known several. But none at this moment.

One owned the two condos over Azteca & Bald Eagle and lived in one(that shite was like MTV Cribs and not normal with rooftop cabana and hot tub and all).

Two lived in apartments over B&Ts(I like those alot).

One lived at 525 Lafayette(Nice but small).

And one lived over Mathernes in those joints when they were brand new.

They have all settled down somewhere else outside of the city but their time downtown was pretty cool from 07-16 in those instances.

Way too expensive for a downtown with little to no endearing amenities. It’s priced way too high compared with downtowns comparable to the size of BR.

There’s a variety of bars of different sorts and you don’t have to worry about driving or ubering. I’d say that’s a pretty decent nightlife. The restaurant scene on the other hand....... meh

I live in Spanish Town and work downtown. I walk home in a quicker amount of time than it takes my coworkers to get out of the garage.

I’m sure I’ll end up buying a house further away once kids are in the picture, but right now it’s pretty great.

Commerce building can get pretty rowdy in the summer.

Man 06-08 was a LOT of fun up here on that rooftop. What looks like chairs now used to be a big hot tub and cabana next to it.
The first floor was empty at the time(Now Azteca), 2nd and top were condos. Rugby parties, 4th of July, etc were always good times up there.

He's since sold those places to build his big ole arse house. ah well.

I know several young lawyers and law students that live downtown as well as many old prominent lobbyists and retired attorneys that live in Spanish Town.

Everyone I know who lives downtown absolutely loves it there. Their only complaints have been the rent prices.
