I find their attempts amusing. It's always the exact same pitch. My most recent encounter:

A Though she was going to buy a 2009 Acura using 3000 dollars in Green Dot cards. After sending that they told her she owed anoth 1k for insurance and shipping. So she sent that as well.

I've had calls come in at work from some Indian sounding people claiming to be from Microsoft and needing to remote in to do an urgent Windows fix. I ask how is there a problem with Windows when I use a Mac. Still havent gotten a response other than being hung up on
