I know a girl who is constantly bitching about being poor because of her shitty pay from her shitty job, but she somehow has enough to travel all around the country to see these weird little indie bands I've mostly never heard of every week.

No. My grandad wore off on all of them. Make enough to live comfortably, but spend like they are poor. My dad actually does really well, but will still call me to brag about buying a new car radio because it gets HD channels
