I've been angry with a former friend for about 5 years now.
The long story short was that he was just a fair-weather friend. Never really was a true friend to begin with.
I used to hate him, but I don't anymore. I forgave him, but he's crossed over onto the people-I-don't-give-a-shite-about anymore list, along with Nick Saban and Tommy Tuberville.
Hate requires care. Apathy is cheaper.

There are only two people in this world that I can say I hate. Do I wish them harm? No I dont but I certainly could care less if their all of their bad deeds come back to haunt them. Unfortunately, one of them just became my boss so we will have to see how that works out. Im not very hopeful though.

Yeah. 4 or 5 people. A couple are just shitty people, and a couple others are some people that fricked my father over in business... One spent 5 years in federal pound me in the arse prison over it, so at least we got the satisfaction of that.

I think I'm really ok, these days I really don't care what people say about me, or try to do to make things harder because I can deal with it. Unless it would be someone going out of their way to cause real trouble.
What would get me, is if someone tried to cross my remaining 3 closest family members or S.O., that's a different story as I'm sure it is with many others out there. More protective of those you care for than of yourself.

I still hate the guy that took my front row parking spot when I was late for an exam. He flicked me off while pulling in. I seriously hate him.
