No. Ive accepted that I'm going to hell.

all jokes aside, nobody anywhere knows who is going where, not at least til after The White Throne Judgment.
Just because you are an atheist or don't know or whatever, that don't mean diddly squat, til Judgment Day, and that's a long way off. And nobody has any business saying otherwise to anyone, ever!

No. I've got my own deal with God.

I've never gotten fulfillment out of going, probably because I'm agnostic and not very religious. So my answer to your question is no.

maybe it was a 501-c3 church, and you felt like you were just warming a seat, right? I wouldn't waste my time there either...

I make it at least 80% of the time.

I hate to sound like an arse, but yeah it really is a huge money grab for a lot of these churches. Every time I have gone to church in the past, I basically fall asleep to the pastor's voice. I don't see the point when I get nothing out of it, but at the same time I'm glad some people out there can use church and religion as a way to become better people. To me, religion is a double-edged sword.

No, I can read fiction on my own, I don't need story time.

I attended as a child growing up in the bible belt and attended passively after the age of 30, somewhat for the fellowship, but more so to appease my mother and whichever wife I was with at the time.

Because of religion's attempt lately to become politically active and make America the christian version of ISIS, I'm boycotting it at the present.

Does anyone else share my life long experience that women seem to be more susceptible to religious dogma and superstition than men?

I think less men would attend if it weren't for their mothers, girlfriends, and wives.

Science and faith are not mutually exclusive, and it's silly to think otherwise. Please tell us, now that you're educated, how science precludes faith.

Which all of us are, some are aware enough to realize it.

Science requires you to reason honestly.

Faith requires the exact opposite.

Which is why it has no place in the governance of our society.

We try to, probably only make it to 3 Sundays a month on average.
