Hell no.
You need to find a different line of work. Stress is bad for you. Life is too short to stress about work ever.

Sometimes and sometimes a ton of stress but a little bit of stress is good. FWIW, only you allow yourself to feel stressed.
I left work yesterday feeling rather great. Finished designing plans for a super annoying project and it's now in other people's ballpark to produce.

I think about my stuff at work almost constantly and most days I love my job. Good bit of stress but it's because we have tough milestones to hit and I want to get shite done.

A little, but it's mostly just staying up too late because I dread waking up the next morning

I'm terrible. It ruins half my Saturday and whole day Sunday. It seems like Friday afternoon is the time I'm most relaxed.

Life is to short to stress about work.... I leave it there when I go home and sometimes after a rough day I will take the long way home to help relax....

I try to avoid it, but sometimes you just can't. In some professions it just depends on your situation. I don't know any attorney who doesn't have to work at home on nights/weekends.
But, I rarely stress about working nights and weekends and I honestly don't mind it a lot of the time. I don't have kids yet, so I imagine it'll suck more at that point. Helps if you don't hate your job and like the people you work with. I don't love going to work, but I don't dread it either.

Do you get stressed in evenings thinking about work the next day?
Especially Sundays?
yes I usually have a mini panic attack for some reason.

I haven't truly enjoyed a Sunday in years.

When I had a job that I absolutely hated, I would get stressed out every night and would dread the next day. Now I have a job that I love and, while some of the stress is still there, its a healthy amount that pushes me to do well.

Definitely this. I get pissed when I'm trying to fall asleep and I'm thinking about work.
