Considering everything that came after (arming drug cartels, slaughtering hundreds of innocents with drone strikes, Libya, Syria, ISIS, the Iran 'deal'... ) it was obviously bullshite. That was 8 years of an empty suit. A black president that instead of healing race relations inflamed them to the worst they'd been since the early 90s. And his crowning achievement, the ACA, has created a staggeringly terrible opioid dependence epidemic.
