FYI, for those who attended churches that have a "tithing" system and you do actually tithe...the 10% you give is supposed to come before taxes. That means before Uncle Sam takes federal, FICA, and state taxes. Before insurance and 401K's. Not after you pay private school tuition, mortgage, car notes etc.

Just remember, God gets his before the government does. In the words of a wise pastor one Sunday, " if you don't pay taxes, you go to jail....you don't pay your tithes, you go to hell!"

To the OP, yes, nearly every Christian goes through this type of feeling. But if your experience is a rehearsed “show”, maybe you need to find a new church. But the organized local church is paramount in a Christian’s life. There are so many commands to what we are to do/our responsibility to the body of Christ that are to be fulfilled within a local church.
And not to preach, but it’s a problem if a video about someone “finding God” doesn’t do something for you. Helping people find Jesus is the greatest call for believers.

The Sabbath day is not about being a slave to a man made routine in a church building. It’s been perverted and misunderstood and diluted into “go to church building against your will and make it through service.”

True, the sabbath was not about being enslaved to a ritual, but if you’re looking at the local church as a perversion of people just supposing to get away and rest, you’re missing the entire context of believers in the New Testament. You can’t fulfill 1 Cor 12 or Romans 12 without the local church.
Not to mention the instruction of Hebrews 10:25 and Hebrews 13:17. We cant be obedient to Christ if we are not involved in and contributing to the body of Christ. The church is a gift to the believer, and should be viewed that way..

Matthew 19:20–23 (NASB95): 20 The young man ?*said to Him, “All these things I have kept; what am I still lacking?”
21 Jesus said to him, “If you wish to be ?complete, go and sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
22 But when the young man heard this statement, he went away grieving; for he was one who owned much property.
23 ?And Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I say to you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 6:24 (NASB95): 24 ?“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and ?wealth.

I'm sure churches that worship in the old ways still exist, but they're hard to find.

We have had a similar journey. Mrs M and I were very fortunate to have found a church in Baton Rouge like you describe. The worship is liturgically orderly and dignified focusing on God and culminating in Holy Communion weekly. The hymns are each something of a mini-sermon in themselves. Solid preaching and teaching from the pulpit. Theologically traditional and conservative.

Yep. Every Sunday for over 50 years now. Still haven't been to a Sunday service in my life.
