I'm certainly not a doctor or anything, but I was under the impression (and feel free to school me if I'm mistaken here) that sitting on the toiler for prolonged amounts of time is a common way to develop hemorrhoids.

I don't take a shite without having my phone with me. Of course part of that is because of the opioids I'm on so it comes out as large turds and after a good 15 minutes the soft side finally slips out. If I get in and out of the bathroom in a half hour it's a freaking miracle... depends on how much shite the is to laugh about here on the OT. Same things for showers. I usually end up sitting in the shower for a half hour while I sit on my seat and blast my liberal asshat friends on FB before turning on the water.

A friend of mine broke his foot from doing this. Stood up and his foot had been asleep for so long he fell and ended up in a walking boot.

Nearly every morning I have to catch myself from falling over when attempting to stand up after reading on the toilet. This morning my right leg kept trying to lift up on its own like the damn Mr. Wizard arm raising trick.
