I’m content, anyone that says that they enjoy work are psychopaths

I really enjoy the field that i'm in more now than I did when I first started out in it. Of course i'm 22 years into it and farther up the ladder. In my field, you really have to put in your time, grind, learn and get better on the job. You get all the grunt work as a greenie and as you grow, the more responsibility you are given which to me, makes this particular line of work more enjoyable.
This is only my 3rd job in 22 years in this field and this is by far the best place i've ever worked. I'm very fortunate to work with good people that respect and appreciate me and show it by how well i'm treated. That goes a hell of a long way in making my work more enjoyable.

I like my job. I work remote so I like the flexibility that comes with that. It's a small family company, there are 12 of us. I prefer that over working for a large company. The one downside is my bosses are 4 siblings. So sometimes they get super competitive with eachother and will say do my stuff first, it's more important. Which can get awkward when they all say that.

Well, what do you do?
Customer Success for a software company in the heavy materials space. High tech, redneck. I'm happiest outside, managing people, and helping them be better at what it is that they do. Perfect job for me. I can't recommend Johnson O'Connor enough.

No. Toxic workplace environment and unfortunately, working with students, a small number of students just put me in a terrible mood.
