Why is it that there are no ghost related sightings of people born before the 1800s? No one ever talks about seeing a caveman ghost.

People are seeing some kind of UFO's. They probably aren't alien. They're just unidentified.
Ghosts are just figments of an overactive imagination and people's innate fear of death. If ghosts were real then there would be more than 0 substantiated observations. Given the amount of people who have died, there would be ghosts literally everywhere.
Bigfoot is blurry. Seriously though, it is not a farfetched idea that there are undiscovered species, although this particular one is pretty unlikely at this point. Species like big foot have existed in the past though.

Concerning the squatch. Just far too many stories of the same behavior. In vastly different places over a long period of time not to be real. Why would some strange occurrence that happened in the 50's match an incident recorded in 85 on two completely different sides of the country?

you gotta be pretty dense to think there's all this stuff millions of light years away and all these galaxies and planets and believe we're the only thing out there. Whatever created it, did not create all this stuff light years away to just light it up for us at night for decoration.
But to answer that question, I absolutely believe there is life out there. I just don't believe they have crossed the vast distances of space.

I don't think it's a question of "believing in". I think the better question is is there a logical explanation for each existing?
Aliens I say yes, as probability dictates there is a good chance at least some tiny miniscule form of life exists somewhere else in the universe. When you say "aliens" it doesn't have to mean big headed green guys that fly spaceships around.
Ghosts are a little more complicated IMO. I don't necessarily think spirits of the undead are haunting people, but possibly objects from another dimension we aren't aware of become visible in some instances. These are perceived as "ghosts".

i always wake up in the middle of the night to go pee. i will look out the window to my backyard to see if there are any dead family members lollygagging in the yard.
obviously it's a ridiculous thing to do and i've never seen any dead family members in my yard, except for that one time.
