No way Ingalls has that many, they have 1 office with about 200 people.

It's a heavily populated parish. Unlike its neighboring parish, most everyone who lives there works for living. Larger gov't size makes sense in terms of the needs and living standards of a large, semi-affluent population. Ochsner is flat out huge... people in South La aint so healthy. Ochsner also bought out just about every other hospital/clinic/etc in the nola metro.

Jefferson Parish is the second largest parish in the state. And, while headquartered in Jefferson Parish, Ochsner employs state wide.

I apologize. My bad. I just assumed that if you were one of the largest companies housed in state, your employment would reflect mostly domestic candidates.
