I don't know that the OP could possibly do it any more wrong than he is doing it, unless overspending and having to do all the mentoring nonsense is the only way he can get laid. If not, he's 100% doing it all wrong.

In fact, that isn't an FWB at all. It's really not that difficult to have a FWB for essentially free. Especially a 6.7.

But also and again, she's a 6.7, she's not THAT hot. Is it really worth that much money and even more of your time for a decent looking 20 year old?
The only way I see that being worth it is if you just don't have the ability to get a similar 6.7 ish 35 year old FWB for a 95% discount and not having to give hours of your time per week to to mentor.

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't be chasing 20 yr olds if I was single. I wouldn't want to spend time with someone that could be my kid. Just saying that if that's what OP prefers, he's probably going to have to pay for it
